Accepted Payment Methods
At Keptsake, we accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diner Club, and Discover Card. We do accept payments through PayPal. Please note that we do not accept personal checks, money orders, Bitcoin, or Purchase Orders at this time. If any checks or money orders are received, they will be shredded and disposed of properly. Cash on delivery (COD), wire transfers, and electronic checks are also not accepted.
Applying Discounts, Gift Cards, and Reward Points
To apply any discounts, gift card codes, coupons, or reward points to your purchase, go to your shopping cart and choose “checkout”. On the right side of the screen, you will see the total cost of your order. Above the subtotal and shipping costs, there will be a space where you can enter in your discount code or gift card code. You will also see the rewards points available, and a button to apply the points to your purchase.
Applying Discounts After Placing an Order
We cannot apply discounts to an order after it has been placed. The code must be added by the customer during the checkout process. We also do not combine discounts for an order. Please apply your discounts before you make the payment.
Refund Processing Time
If Keptsake issues you a refund for any reason, expect to see the refund back to your account or card within 10 business days.
Currency
Please note that we process all orders in USD, even if the content of your cart is displayed in another currency. During the checkout process, your payment will be converted to USD at the most current exchange rate.
